Hello world from Forska Research and Consulting. Welcome to our blog. Forska is a new company formed to pursue investigation across a broad array of subjects. Rod has had a long career in wireless telecommunications as a patented inventor and executive leader. Margot recently completed her PhD in Environmental Science and Public Policy from George Mason University’s Department of Atmospheric, Oceanic, and Earth Sciences. Margot has had a lifelong passion for fossils and her specialty is whale paleontology.
We are creating Forska as a new vehicle to explore our interests in topics ranging from business and economics to the natural sciences and the environment. We are especially interested in how these different spheres interact with one another. Both how they may currently interact, but more interestingly, how they could interact to create a more secure, prosperous and sustainable world.
Our work will be a combination of commercial research and consulting engagements, paid research via grants or similar, and our own self-funded research activities. This is a long term endeavor. Sometimes the wheels of commercial agreements and funding can move slowly.
Our intention is to use this blog to communicate our work and to publish commentary on a broad range of subjects. We look forward to staying in touch with you.
